Today I will be starting soccer. I have played since kindergarten through 7th grade. I love playing soccer but I quit in 7th grade because I just didn't love it as I had before. Instead of playing soccer in 8th grade I did competitive cheer. I love competitive cheer and do it almost everyday.
Now that I am in high-school I really wanted to do a high-school sport and since I didn't make episcopals cheer team I decided to play soccer. I have really missed playing soccer and can't wait to start playing it again. Even though i will be extremely busy with both sports I cannot wait!
That's awesome Allison! I also played soccer growing up. I played from kindergarden to 8th grade... it will be weird not playing this year. I hope you have fun playing because I certainly miss playing!
ReplyDeleteI love how you have played soccer since such a young age! I have never played soccer, but I'm a big fan! I also had the same feeling about wanting to quit volleyball because of not loving it. I'm glad you're playing again and I wish you the best of luck!!
ReplyDeleteI am so excited to play soccer with you this season! It is very hard playing a school sport then going to cheer (i do dance) but you just have to make sure you get a good nights rest so you can focus in class!
